Ruth was the daughter of Charles Bird (3),  born June 21,1824 In Forks Twp., Sullivan Co., Pa.. and Harriet Molyneaux, born Jan. 12, 1825. Charles died Oct. 15, 1897. Harriet was born Jan. 12, 1825 and she was the daughter of Thomas Molyneaux. Thomas was born in 1791 in England and died Feb. 28, 1861 in Wisconsin. Thomas married Hannah Rogers on Jan. 22, 1811. Hannah was the daughter of Samuel Rogers and Ann Grant and  Hannah died on Oct. 30, 1848.  Charles Bird was son of George Bird (2) who  was born in 1790 in Norfolk, England. George died July 14, 1872 in Forks Twp., Sullivan Co., Pa.. George married Sarah King in 1823. She was born abt. 1894 in Nasbey, Northamptonshire, England and died Sept. 8, 1867 in forks Twp., Sullivan Co., Pa.. Sarah was the daughter of Thomas Kings Sr and Esther (__) George Bird  was the son of Powell Bird (1) , born abt. 1750 in Norfolk, England and died on April 13, 1829 in Forks Twp., Sullivan Co., Pa.. He married Lydia Hannant on Jan. 29, 1832. Lydia was born abt. 1755 in Norfolk, England and died Jan. 29, 1832. This Bird family does not connect to the Bird Family that founded Birdsboro, Berks Co., Pa..
